Perinatal mental health, identity, and nervous system support from conception and family building through pregnancy and early parenthood. We provide trauma informed support for all birthing and non-birthing parents, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent families, surrogates, and those navigating fertility and birth trauma or burnout.

The Future of Our Connection
While our primary home is online, we are rooted in Bristol, UK. We are currently exploring the potential for in person connection circles for local members, with the long term dream of hosting an annual retreat to deeply nourish our collective.
